Pipedrive suspends your access to services or your account, including content removal, at any time, with or without notice, for reasons like security risks, excessive usage, or suspected breach of terms.

Pipedrive states its services are not designed for sensitive information and disclaims all liability if you use them to collect, store, manage, or process such data.

You bear full responsibility for any issues or breaches if you store sensitive data in Pipedrive, as the vendor explicitly warns against it and accepts no liability.

THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS AN AGGREGATE LIMIT AND WILL NOT BE INCREASED BY THE EXISTENCE OF MORE THAN ONE CLAIM OR INCIDENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.”

Pipedrive's total liability for any claims is capped at the amount you paid for the specific services causing the issue in the six months before the first incident.

You must, at your own expense, defend and settle any third-party claims against Pipedrive and its affiliates that arise from your or your users' use or misuse of the services, breach of terms, or violation of rights.

You are financially responsible for Pipedrive's legal defense and any settlements if a third party sues them due to your actions or your users' actions.

Modifications to these Terms will take effect at the earlier of (i) the first Renewal Date following posting, or (ii) thirty (30) days after posting (the “Amended Date”). If Client does not wish to be bound by the modifications, then Client must cancel prior to the Amended Date in accordance with Section 13 above. Client’s continued use of the Pipedrive Services constitutes its acceptance of these Terms and any modifications.”

Pipedrive modifies its terms at any time, notifying you via the platform or website. Changes take effect 30 days after posting or at your next renewal, whichever is earlier. Continued use means acceptance.

Pipedrive can change the terms of service unilaterally, and you must actively monitor for updates and cancel if you disagree, or you are bound by the new terms.
