"Doist is under no obligation to maintain or provide any User Content that was contained in a Workspace after termination."

Todoist does not have to keep or provide your workspace content after termination.

Todoist will not store your data after termination, making it unrecoverable if not saved.

"Upon termination of these Terms: (c) you must pay Doist all payment obligations that accrued prior to termination (all prepaid fees for the Service are non-refundable and non-cancellable unless otherwise stated on the help page);"

You must pay Todoist for all fees accrued before termination, and prepaid fees are non-refundable.

You will not get a refund for any prepaid service fees if your account is terminated.

"If the Administrator of a Workspace terminates their account, then all Workspace Authorized Users of that Workspace will no longer have access to that Workspace, which includes any User Content contained that Workspace."

"(e) User Content that violates federal, state, or local employment discrimination or harassment laws;"

"(f) your use of the Service in violation of your obligations under any agreement between you and a third party, including, but not limited to, the maintenance and protection of third-party confidential information and trade secrets;"

You must defend and indemnify Todoist against claims arising from your use of the service in violation of third-party agreements.

You are responsible for legal defense costs if your service use breaches an agreement with another party.

"or (g) any dispute or issue between you and any third party."

You must defend and indemnify Todoist against claims arising from disputes between you and third parties.

You will cover Todoist's legal costs if a dispute between you and another party involves the service.

"To the fullest extent permitted by law, you are responsible for your use of the Service, and you will defend and indemnify Doist and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents (together, the "Doist Entities") from and against every claim brought by a third party, and any related liability, damage, loss, and expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or connected with: (a) your unauthorized use of, or misuse of, the Service;"

You must defend and indemnify Todoist against claims arising from your misuse of the service.

You will have to pay for legal costs if your actions lead to a third-party lawsuit against Todoist.

"(b) your violation of any portion of these Terms, any representation, warranty, or agreement referenced in these Terms, or any applicable law or regulation;"

You must defend and indemnify Todoist against claims arising from your violation of terms or laws.

You are responsible for legal costs if your violation of terms or laws results in a claim against Todoist.

"(c) your violation of any third party right, including any intellectual property right or publicity, confidentiality, other property, or privacy right;"

You must defend and indemnify Todoist against claims arising from your violation of third-party rights.

You will cover Todoist's legal expenses if your actions infringe on someone else's rights.

"(d) the nature or content of data processed by the Service;"

You must defend and indemnify Todoist against claims related to the content of data you process.

You are liable for legal costs if the data you process through the service leads to a claim against Todoist.
